Inif you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply exchange / return it within 14 days from the time of purchase in our boutique or return it if you purchased your purchase through our webshop. The rules & procedures for this can be found below.

Exchange & Returns (boutique & webshop purchases)
• The item is provided with our price tag, is undamaged, has not been worn / washed and must also have no tobacco scent, perfume scent or make-up stains.
• If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and make sure that it is properly packaged for return.
• The amount owed by us will be refunded to you in the same way as you paid.
Items purchased in our boutique can only be exchanged or returned in the boutique and cannot be returned by post. All purchases made through the webshop can be returned by post or in the store.
• Gift cards cannot be returned. If the packaging of tights or shapewear is unopened, they can be returned, otherwise not.

Web shop purchases
• You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs (provided that the entire order is returned). Only the costs for returning from your home address to the webshop are for your own account.
• The costs for returning of webshop purchases are for your own account. These costs are approximately € 6.95 per package, consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates.
• If you return part of your order, we try to return the amount to be refunded to your bank account within 3-7 working days or we will adjust your Klarna invoice.

If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging. To exercise this right you can return register via this page. We will then refund the order amount due for your return as soon as possible (provided the product has already been returned in good order).

You can use us model form right of withdrawal to return your items, but this is not mandatory. As indicated above, the easiest way to register your return is through us return center. If you do want to use the model form, click here to download it.

You can then return the return (at your own expense). As a tip, we would like to advise you to provide your package with a track & trace code. Without proof of shipment with track & trace code, lost shipments will not be credited. Sending letterbox mail is always at your own risk.

Free takeaway service Boutique
If you choose the option "Pick up", the order will be ready for you no later than 4 hours after you have ordered after receiving the payment. The 14-day return policy starts from the moment of payment. If the order is collected later than these 14 days, you no longer have the right to exchange / return.
