Redeem gift cards

How nice that you received a gift card as a gift! Below you can read how you can submit these in the Dresses Boutique webshop. Of course you can also hand in your gift card in the Dresses Boutique store. You can find the Gift card conditions on this page.

01. Where can I find my gift card code?
In your mailbox (also check spam / junk mail) you will find the gift card code. Your code is unique and personal. We cannot find out your code either! Below you can see what the gift card in your mailbox should look like. At "personal code" you will find your unique code.

02. How can I exchange my gift card in the webshop?
After adding the items you would like to buy to your shopping cart, click the button "Continue to checkout" in your shopping cart. You can now enter your gift card code (or discount code if available) during all subsequent steps as shown in the example below. The amount of your gift card will then be deducted from the total amount. You can enter and apply multiple gift cards at the same time here.

03. Where can I request my credit?
Unfortunately you cannot currently request your credit online. We hope we can add this option as soon as possible. You can contact us so that we can pass on the credit of the gift card. For this we need the last 4 digits / numbers of your gift card and purchase date.
